Abraham J. Rein Appointed Vice-Chair of Post & Schell's Internal Investigations & White Collar Defense Practice Group

Philadelphia, PA – March 9, 2023 – Post & Schell, P.C. is pleased to announce that Principal Abraham J. Rein has been appointed as Vice-Chair of the firm’s Internal Investigations & White Collar Defense Practice Group, resident in the firm’s Philadelphia office. He will work in collaboration with the Group’s Chair, Eric L. Gibson, in overseeing the administration and management of the Group and its attorneys, paralegals, and staff members, as well as the growth of the Group overall.

James Johnston, President & Chief Executive Officer of Post & Schell, P.C. “Working with Eric, he will help expand our white collar group and ensure that its attorneys continue to exceed client expectations.”

Mr. Rein represents and defends individuals and businesses facing government scrutiny of all forms, ranging in scope from securities regulation and insider trading to tax, immigration, False Claims Act, and complex regulatory matters. He also assists companies with internal investigations, whether prompted by a government inquiry, a purported whistleblower, or otherwise. Mr. Rein also serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Information Privacy & Security Practice Group. 

Mr. Rein’s clients come from a broad spectrum of industries, including academia, health care, pharmaceutical, medical device, hospitality, and securities. His work often focuses on the intersections between technology and the law, including advising clients on legal aspects of data security, social media compliance, electronic discovery, and the application of certain constitutional rights in a digital era.
