Karyn Dobroskey Rienzi Appointed to Second Term as Co-Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Appellate Courts Committee

Philadelphia, PA – December 2, 2021 – Post & Schell, P.C. is pleased to announce that Karyn Dobroskey Rienzi, Principal, and Co-Chair of the firm’s Appellate Department, has been appointed to her second term as Co-Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Appellate Courts Committee. 

Ms. Rienzi focuses her practice exclusively on post-trial and appellate litigation in state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies. She also works closely with trial attorneys on pre-trial and trial strategies to protect and enhance a client’s post-trial and appellate rights. Her post-trial and appellate practice includes a wide range of legal areas, including casualty, insurance coverage, construction injuries, premises liability, professional liability, products liability, and workers’ compensation.

The Philadelphia Bar Association’s Appellate Courts Committee studies and makes recommendations to appropriate legislative, executive, administrative, and judicial authorities regarding any existing or proposed law, regulation, ruling, or procedure relating to appellate law. The Committee also promotes continuing education for members, including workshops, seminars, and meetings.

The Philadelphia Bar Association, founded in 1802, is the oldest association of lawyers in the United States. It is a keystone in the ongoing developments of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania legal systems.
