Steve Bloomburg Discusses Work From Home and Remote Employee Challenges with the Pittsburgh Post Gazette

In the June 3, 2020 Pittsburgh Post Gazette article, "When home is the new office, employer liabilities remain," Stephen S. Bloomburg discusses how employers should view their employees' work from home settings, including why they should be considered as "secondary work premises."

Mr. Bloomburg notes, "For injuries and workers’ comp claims, a secondary work premise counts as much as the first one — if an employee gets injured during the course of their workday while 'furthering the business interests of their employer,' that worker can file a claim."
