Beatrice Dolly Segal is an Associate in the firm's Professional Liability Department and Medical Malpractice Defense Practice Group. She counsels and defends healthcare providers, including hospitals, doctors, nurses, and health systems, in matters involving allegations of medical malpractice/professional liability. These are complex matters with often catastrophic injuries and substantial financial exposure.
Prior to joining Post & Schell, Ms. Segal served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Mark A. Kearney and the Honorable Petrese B. Tucker, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Segal is a graduate of Drexel University's Thomas R. Kline School of Law and graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Government from Franklin & Marshall College.
