Brendan Reilly is an Associate in the firm’s Insurance Law Department. He counsels and assists national and regional insurance companies in coverage matters. These matters include excess liability, general liability, insurance contract analysis and preparation of coverage opinions. He also defends insurance clients against bad faith claims.
Before doing coverage and insurance law work, Mr. Reilly focused his legal practice on defending and advising clients in general casualty, product liability, premises liability and personal injury matters. In addition to working for Post & Schell, PC, Mr. Reilly has also worked for a regional law firm, practicing in commercial, general liability, and professional liability matters.
