Bio
Carrie E. Davis is an Associate in the firm's Professional Liability Department and Medical Malpractice Litigation Practice Groups. She counsels and defends clients in matters involving alleged professional liability and medical malpractice liability. These matters typically involve complex fact patterns, catastrophic injuries, and high financial exposure. Her clients include hospitals, health systems, behavioral health providers, physicians, and nurses, among others.
Prior to joining Post & Schell, Ms. Davis served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Allison E. Accurso of the New Jersey Superior Court's Appellate Division. She also served as an intern with the Massachusetts Legislature, the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia, and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia under the Honorable Tanya S. Chutkan, among others.
Ms. Davis is a graduate of Boston University School of Law and holds her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame.
