Dean E. Avgerinos is an Associate in the firm's Casualty Litigation Department and Hospitality and Retail Practice Group. He counsels and defends clients, including insurers, self-insured companies, and third-party administrators, in claims involving general, premises, product, liquor/Dram Shop, and general liability. His clients include companies in the hospitality, retail, healthcare, and manufacturing industries, among others.
Prior to joining Post & Schell, Mr. Avgerinos was an Associate with a regional civil litigation firm where he defended clients in general liability matters. He is a graduate of Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.A. in Communication & Rhetoric.
