Elizabeth Scattergood is an Associate in the firm's Casualty Litigation Department and Hospitality and Retail Practice Group. She defends clients, including insurers, self-insured, and third-party administrators in claims involving general, premises, product, and liquor liability. Ms. Scattergood serves clients in the hospitality, retail, healthcare, and manufacturing industries, among others.
Prior to joining Post & Schell, Ms. Scattergood served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Michael E. Erdos, Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas. She graduated from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and holds her B.S. in Marketing with a double minor in English and French from Georgetown University.
