Represents and defends members of the hospitality and retail industries in a variety of legal claims.
Jaiden Moore is an Associate in the firm’s Casualty Litigation Department and Hospitality and Retail Practice Group. He counsels and defends clients in litigation including claims involving wrongful death, slip/trip and fall, criminal conduct of third parties on the premises, negligent security, and bed bugs.
Prior to joining Post & Schell, Mr. Moore was a law clerk for Post & Schell, PC and a Legal Extern for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Office of General Counsel’s Department of Human Services. He is a graduate of Penn State Dickinson School of Law and received a BA from North Carolina A&T State University, graduating magna cum laude.
