James G. Pringle is an Associate in the firm's Casualty Litigation Department and Construction Defect/Injury Litigation Practice Group. He counsels and defends clients, including those in the construction and manufacturing industries, in complex litigation involving construction defects and injuries, premises liability, products liability, and general liability.
Mr. Pringle is a member of the firm's Worksite Accident Response ("WAR") Group, which is available to enrolled clients, and responds immediately via a 24/7/365 phone line to investigate workplace accidents.
Just prior to joining Post & Schell, Mr. Pringle was an Associate with a regional defense firm. He graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law and holds his B.A. degree in Political Science from Hartwick College. Prior to and during his time in law school, Mr. Pringle served as the Head of Operations for Pennsylvania’s largest chain of rock-climbing facilities. In this capacity, he gathered extensive first-hand experience in handling and navigating the liability concerns and challenges faced by businesses on a daily basis.
