Katherine A. Raynor is an Associate in the firm's Casualty Litigation Department. She defends clients in matters involving general, products, and premises liability, among others. Her clients include both insured and self-insured businesses and third-party administrators (TPA).
Prior to joining Post & Schell, Ms. Raynor served as an Associate with a regional insurance defense firm. She is experienced in discovery, research, and depositions.
Ms. Raynor served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Joel H. Slomsky in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She graduated cum laude from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law with a concentration in Litigation & Dispute Resolution. Upon graduation, she was awarded the Reverend Joseph Ullman Award in Criminal Procedure. While at Villanova, Ms. Raynor gained experience working as a certified legal intern in the Civil Justice Clinic, providing pro bono legal services to low-income clients.
Prior to her legal career, Ms. Raynor spent several years working in archeology and museum management.
