Laura K. Reuter is an Associate in the firm's Professional Liability Department and Medical Malpractice Defense Practice Group. She counsels and defends healthcare providers, including hospitals, health systems, physicians, and nurses, in matters involving alleged medical malpractice and substantial financial risk. This includes matters involving allegations of negligent medical care and the failure to diagnose and properly treat various medical conditions, among other matters.
An experienced trial attorney, Ms. Reuter participates at all stages of litigation, from initial client meetings through the preparation of trial. She also defends clients at mediations and arbitrations.
Prior to joining Post & Schell, Ms. Reuter was an associate with a regional litigation firm where she also defended healthcare providers in medical malpractice matters.
