Bio
Leah B. Perry is Counsel in the Firm's Professional Liability Defense Department and Medical Malpractice Defense Practice Group. She focuses her practice on the litigation of medical professional liability cases involving alleged malpractice, high damage potential, and often catastrophic injuries. Her clients include integrated delivery systems, multi-hospital systems, stand-alone hospitals, physicians, nurses, technicians, and ancillary healthcare professionals. Her matters involve litigation in the Philadelphia region, Eastern Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
Ms. Perry’s specialty is research and writing. She has in the past worked on complicated motions and briefs which have resulted in favorable rulings for the firm’s clients.
