Leo Gerard Daly is a Principal in the firm's Casualty Litigation Department and is an experienced trial attorney whose practice includes toxic tort litigation, product liability, commercial litigation, and environmental matters, and insurance coverage issues. His experience includes complex multiparty lawsuits involving both personal injury and property damage. Mr. Daly also has an extensive background in general liability and class action work including lead paint class action defense for western Pennsylvania housing authorities.
Mr. Daly has an active toxic tort practice in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio and has handled hundreds of asbestos injury cases in all three jurisdictions since the late 1980s. He has served as national coordinating counsel for several clients with litigation pending in Texas, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, New York, Maryland, and New Jersey. He also has served as regional counsel since the late 1980s for a number of defendants whose status ranges from target to peripheral asbestos litigation.
