Bio
Marc H. Perry is a Principal in the Firm's Casualty Litigation Department, Co-Chair of the Firm's Hospitality and Retail Practice Group, and a Member of the firm's Board of Directors. He is an experienced trial lawyer and has successfully defended clients in litigation in state and federal courts. Mr. Perry litigates and defends a variety of claims on behalf of the hospitality, retail, and health care industries, including claims involving wrongful death, slip/trip and fall, criminal conduct of third parties on the premises, negligent security, and bed bugs.
Mr. Perry is Chair of Post & Schell's Diversity and Inclusion Committee and a member of the Firm's Board of Directors.
A 1992 graduate of Boston College Law School, Mr. Perry began his career as a law clerk for the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in San Francisco. He is a frequent speaker at CLE seminars.
Mr. Perry is a former recipient of Philadelphia Business Journal's "40-under-40" recognizing professionals in the region who have achieved measurable success in business and civic leadership. Previously, Mr. Perry was also named to Super Lawyer's Pennsylvania Rising Stars and was a past finalist for a White House Fellowship.
