Bio
Nicholas Stobbe is an Associate in the firm’s Energy & Utilities Practice Group. He counsels clients in regulatory matters arising under federal and state laws before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PA PUC), and appellate courts. His clients include natural gas, electric and water utilities, and oil pipeline companies.
Prior to joining Post & Schell, Mr. Stobbe served as a Law Clerk to the PA PUC and the Senate of Pennsylvania. His experience also includes serving as a Legal Extern in the Office of Chief Counsel of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PA DEP).
He is a 2020 graduate of Penn State University’s Dickson School of Law and graduated cum laude from The University of Mary with a B.S. in Public Policy Analysis.
