Bio
Richard J. McCracken is a Principal in the Firm's Workers' Compensation Department. He practices exclusively in the area of workers’ compensation, defending clients and their businesses, both large and small, throughout Central Pennsylvania since 1995. He has successfully litigated cases before the Workers' Compensation Judges in Lancaster, York, Harrisburg, Reading, Pottsville, Gettysburg, and Chambersburg, for such clients as Hertz, Inc.
Mr. McCracken is currently a member of the Berks County Chamber of Commerce and has taught the Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Seminar for the Insurance Society of Philadelphia.
