Ryan Nameth is an Associate in the firm’s Insurance Law Department. He counsels national and regional insurance companies in various aspects of coverage matters and defends them in insurance law and bad faith litigation. These matters include excess liability, general liability, and other insurance policy issues.
Mr. Nameth has served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Peter A. Bogaard in the Family Division of the Morris/Sussex County Superior Court of New Jersey. He has also served as a law clerk with a regional employment law defense firm working on matters representing both private and public employers in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Mr. Nameth graduated with Honors from Rutgers Law School-Camden, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Rutgers Business Law Review. In addition, Mr. Nameth has published his article “The Issue of Utility Tokens: An Analysis of SEC v. Ripple Labs, Inc., Through the Lens of the Howey Investment Contract Test” in Volume 19 of the Rutgers Business Law Review which analyzes novel approaches to the regulation of crypto assets. Furthermore, while at Rutgers Law School, Mr. Nameth participated in the Judith H. Wizmur Bankruptcy Pro Bono Project where he assisted indigent individuals seeking to file Chapter 7 bankruptcy petitions.
