American Lawyer Media Publishes 18th Edition of Insurance Bad Faith in Pennsylvania by Post & Schell Insurance Group Chair Richard McMonigle

The book, first published in 1999, is authored by Post & Schell Principal and Insurance Law Department Chair Richard L. McMonigle, Jr.

Roda, Esq., the 18th edition examines key issues relating to bad faith lawsuits under Pennsylvania's common law and under Pennsylvania's "Bad Faith Statute,” 42 Pa.C.S.A. §8371.
