FDLI’s event brings together prominent practitioners and thought leaders to address the most pressing issues in advertising, labeling, and litigation, including strategies to mitigate litigation risk.
The presentation examined what companies should do in the face of a DOJ investigation, how they should handle follow-on litigation, and what the Yates Memo means for companies facing an investigation or considering how to respond.
