On October 3, 2013, Post & Schell’s Energy Practice Group sponsored the AGA’s 6th Annual Energy Market Regulation Conference at The Princeton Club in New York, NY. The annual conference provides members and industry professionals up-to-date information on the activities of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) as they affect physical and financial natural gas markets.
Energy Principal Christopher J. Barr also presented at the conference, “Pipeline Rate Issues,” covering key ratemaking drivers and developments, pipeline integrity cost trackers, and developments in gas to liquid pipeline conversions.
