Jack Sullivan and Steven Schildt Appointed Chair and Vice-Chair of Post & Schell's Insurance Law Department
Philadelphia, PA – June 19, 2019 – Post & Schell, P.C. today announced the appointments of John C. “Jack” Sullivan as Chair and Steven Schildt as Vice-Chair of the Firm’s Insurance Law Department. They succeed Department Chair Richard L. McMonigle, Jr., who continues as a member of the Department as Senior Counsel.

As Senior Counsel, Mr. McMonigle will continue to represent and advise clients in connection with major claims disputes and bad faith litigation, including matters on appeal. He provides in-house training to insurance and benefit plan professionals on coverage interpretation and claims handling procedures. He serves as an expert consultant and testifying expert witness on behalf of parties in bad faith litigation and also serves as a voluntary mediator in coverage and alleged bad faith disputes.
