On October 17, 2019, Jeffrey M. Brenner presented, "Missed Opportunities in Auto Bad Faith: Pleadings and Motions to Dismiss," at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's (PBI) CLE seminar Auto Law Update 2019 in Philadelphia, PA.

Mr. Brenner provided analysis of 2019’s more important motion to dismiss decisions in the auto bad faith context. He also discussed what courts are expecting in pleadings to survive to discovery in a bad faith action.
