Marc H. Perry Elected as a Member of Post & Schell's Board of Directors

Philadelphia, PA – January 7, 2020 – Post & Schell, P.C. is pleased to announce that Marc H. Perry has been elected as a member of the Firm’s Board of Directors to a three-year term, effective January 1, 2020. Mr. Perry is a Principal in the Firm’s Casualty Litigation Department, Co-Chair of its Hospitality & Retail Practice Group, and Chair of its Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

Mr. Perry is an experienced trial attorney who represents members of the hospitality, retail, and health care industries in litigation in state and federal courts. He has tried and litigated complex claims involving premises liability, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, criminal conduct of third parties on the premises, and negligent security.  Mr. Perry is a former recipient of Philadelphia Business Journal's 40-under-40 award, a 1992 graduate of Boston College Law School, and holds a B.A. in Political Science from Rider College.
