Mark L. Mattioli Rejoins Post & Schell's Health Care Practice Group as a Principal
Philadelphia, PA – January 18, 2023 – Post & Schell, P.C. is pleased to announce that Mark L. Mattioli has joined the firm as a Principal in its Health Care Practice Group, resident in the firm’s Philadelphia, PA office.

Mr. Mattioli has spent his more than 30-year legal career counseling and defending national healthcare entities in transactional, regulatory, and litigation matters. This includes antitrust, False Claims Act, health care reform, managed care contracting, reimbursement, fraud and abuse (Stark and anti-kickback), health information privacy and security, medical staff credentialing, licensing, change of ownership, and payer audits. He also counsels providers regarding government audits, government payment programs, medical staff issues, and privacy and data security matters. His clients include hospitals and health systems, as well as long-term care, home health, and dialysis providers, clinical labs, and medical device and durable medical equipment (DME) manufacturers.
Mr. Mattioli returns to Post & Schell, where he began his legal career and served as an Associate and Principal for 20 years from 1991 to 2011. He joins the firm from Greenberg Traurig, LLP, where he served as a Shareholder since 2015 and was Chair of the Health Law Practice Group at Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin from 2011 to 2015.
