Paul McIntyre Elected as a Member of Post & Schell's Board of Directors

Philadelphia, PA – January 12, 2021 – Post & Schell, P.C. is pleased to announce that Paul R. McIntyre has been elected as a member of the firm’s Board of Directors to a three-year term, effective January 1, 2021. Mr. McIntyre is a Principal and Co-Chair of the firm’s Environmental Practice Group. 

Mr. McIntyre joins the Board as Stephen C. Jones, Principal and Environmental Practice Group Co-Chair, completes his three-year term as a member of the Board.

Co-Chair of the firm’s national Environmental Practice Group, Mr. McIntyre represents private equity funds and commercial real estate developers and investors in real estate and corporate transactions, and in heavily regulated industries, in the areas of environmental diligence, contractual allocation of environmental risk, brownfields remediation and development, environmental insurance, and related regulatory counseling. 

Mr. McIntyre regularly counsels clients in transactional and regulatory environmental matters across the greater Philadelphia region and throughout traditional U.S. gateway markets.
