Paula Sanders Examines Infection Control Scrutiny of Long-Term Care Facilities for Law360

In a January 26, 2021 article for Law360 ("Infection Control Rules For Nursing Homes Are Too Strict") Paula G. Sanders examines the increased scrutiny long-term care facilities have been under since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic and how these facilities need to respond even while battling the ongoing impact of the pandemic.

The author notes:

While they hoped that collaborative efforts would have yielded more realistic survey scrutiny, they will respond as they have throughout the siege, with the health and well-being of their residents and staff as their primary focus."
