Paula Sanders Presents on CMS' Survey for Providers on McKnight's Online Expo on March 14

On March 14, 2018, Paula G. Sanders, Co-Chair of the Firm's Health Care Practice Group, presented the webinar, "Strategies for Surviving the Survey," as part of McKnight's Long-Term Care News' 2018 Online Expo. 

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS) recently revamped requirements of participation place providers under increased scrutiny come survey time. Ms. Sanders' presentation delved into strategies and tips to prepare providers for surveys.

McKnight's Online Expo offers long-term care providers educational sessions, free continuing education credits, and a virtual exhibit hall. The two-day event took place March 14-15, 2018 and featured webinars on Medicare compliance, preparing for surveys, resident injuries, data and capital availability.
