Ms. Berkstresser represents energy companies in regulatory matters arising under federal and state laws before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PAPUC), and appellate courts. She counsels natural gas, electric and water utilities, and oil pipeline companies on ratemaking, energy project siting and development, tariff and contract provisions, administrative litigation, and transactional matters. She also advises clients on regulatory compliance issues and newly enacted and pending legislation. |

Mr. Brick counsels and defends clients in general liability claims, including premises liability, toxic tort, products liability, commercial transportation liability, and automotive injury claims. He coordinates discovery on a national level for a number of defendants in toxic tort litigation. Mr. Brick also defends employment discrimination claims, environmental issues, and commercial matters in state and federal courts. |

Ms. D'Abarno represents employers, insurance companies, and third-party administrators in workers' compensation proceedings throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She has represented an array of clients including hospital systems, retail corporations, moving and self-storage companies, school districts, national carriers, and staffing agencies. Ms. D'Abarno has successfully defended clients before Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Judges, the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board, and Commonwealth Court. |

Mr. Feigenbaum defends clients in diverse matters involving general and premises liability, negligent security, product, automobile, and liquor liability claims. He advocates on behalf of hospitality and retail industry clients, including hotels/motels, restaurants, franchisors/franchisees, resorts, and Fortune 500 retail chains. He also represents athletic clubs, educational facilities, carnivals, telecommunication companies, supermarkets, and hospitals in addition to working with a variety of insurers, self-insureds, and third-party administrators in defense of catastrophic injuries and losses. |

Mr. Jamain defends employers, insurance providers, and third-party administrators in workers' compensation claims in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey. He is experienced in defending workers' compensation claims at all stages, working with clients to understand the nuances of each claim, and pursuing resolution via litigation or settlement. |

Ms. Kawa is a litigator who concentrates her practice on sophisticated commercial and appellate litigation, constitutional law, professional licensure law, and other regulatory law in state and federal courts and before Commonwealth administrative agencies. Her representative matters include cases involving breach of contract, restrictive covenants, shareholder litigation, emergency injunctions, violations of constitutional rights, and separation of powers, as well as matters brought before the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court as part of its original jurisdiction. |

Mr. Knapp counsels and defends clients in dram shop, products, and premises liability matters. His clients include self-insured individuals and businesses, multi-line insurers, and third-party administrators sued for civil damages associated with: an alleged defective product; alleged over-service of alcoholic beverages to a patron at a bar or restaurant; or an assault, fall, or significant injury-causing event on a client property. |

Ms. Koob defends clients in professional liability and medical malpractice claims at trial and arbitration that involve often catastrophic injuries and large financial exposure. Her clients include hospitals and health systems, doctors, nurses, dentists, and other medical and dental professionals. Ms. Koob is an experienced litigator and is certified as an arbitrator in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia. |

Mr. Logan counsels and represents property owners, general contractors, and subcontractors in matters related to construction projects and contracts and related claims and litigation. In addition to contractors, Mr. Logan also handles complex commercial litigation, real estate development and law, contracts and specifications, and transactional matters that frequently arise from his clients’ business pursuits. |

Mr. McGarry counsels and defends insurers, third-party administrators, and self-insured clients in claims involving general liability, as well as commercial transportation liability, liquor liability, premises liability, products liability, and construction defect/injury. His clients include regional, national, and international companies in the amusement, trucking, manufacturing, construction, retail, and hospitality/entertainment industries. |

Ms. Perry counsels and defends clients in litigation involving construction defects and injuries, including complex and catastrophic workplace injuries that occur on multi-employer construction sites. Ms. Perry's practice also includes the defense of insurers and businesses in declaratory judgment actions, as well as defending clients in litigation involving alleged toxic exposure, premises liability actions, automobile accidents, contractual disputes, and related liability and general liability issues. |
