Post & Schell Appoints John W. Dornberger and Mason Avrigian, Jr. Co-Chairs of the Firm's Construction, Government Contracts & Surety Law Practice Group
Philadelphia, PA – October 24, 2018 – Post & Schell, P.C. is pleased to announce that Principals John W. Dornberger and Mason Avrigian, Jr. have been appointed as Co-Chairs of the Firm’s Construction, Government Contracts & Surety Law Practice Group. They succeed Group Principals Gary A. Wilson and Kenneth L. Sable, who have both been appointed as a Chair Emeritus as they continue the Group’s expansion and client representation throughout the mid-Atlantic region and nationally.

Post & Schell’s Construction Group has made a number of strategic additions over the past two years, beginning with Mr. Avrigian and Principal Jeffrey P. Wallack joining the Philadelphia Office in February 2017, followed by Principal Michael W. Winfield in November 2017 in the Firm’s Harrisburg Office, and Principals Paul A. Logan in January 2018 and Jodi S. Wilenzik in April 2018 in the Firm’s Philadelphia Office. They combined with seven other Group attorneys to serve clients from offices in Washington, D.C., Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, Lancaster, Philadelphia, and Allentown, PA, and Princeton, NJ.
The expansion comes as the Firm’s construction and infrastructure sector clients continue to see growth in both public and private projects and a corresponding need for additional legal services. The Group serves a wide range of clients in the construction industry, including general contractors, owners, heavy-highway contractors, construction managers, private equity firms, utility contractors and power companies, industrial and power plant developers and investors, architects, engineers, sureties, international reinsurers, and suppliers.
