Mr. Berlucchi represents and defends self-insured employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in workers' compensation litigation throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Post & Schell, Mr. Berlucchi served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Office of the District Attorney of Lancaster County. Mr. Lent represents oil and liquids pipeline, natural gas, electric, water, wastewater, and steam heat and chilled water utility clients in a variety of matters before the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PAPUC), the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), and appellate courts. His practice focuses on administrative litigation for utilities regarding base rate proceedings and other rate cases, utility infrastructure construction and siting issues, and public utility mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions requiring PAPUC approvals. Mr. Lent has particular expertise in litigating base rate cases and proceedings involving the siting and construction of high-voltage electric transmission facilities before the PAPUC.
