Post & Schell Elects Three New Principals from the Firm's Insurance Law, Casualty Litigation, and Workers' Compensation Departments
PHILADELPHIA and ALLENTOWN, PA – April 18, 2016 – Post & Schell, P.C. is pleased to announce that three of the Firm’s Associates have been elected as Principals:
- Alysia L. Hudock is now a Principal in the Firm’s Workers’ Compensation Department, resident in its Allentown, PA Office.
- Matthew D. Johnson is now a Principal in the Firm’s Casualty Litigation Department, resident in its Philadelphia Office.
- Allison R. Radocha is now a Principal in the Firm’s Insurance Law Department, resident in its Philadelphia Office.

As a Principal in the Firm’s Workers’ Compensation Department, Ms. Hudock handles all phases of representation and litigation in workers’ compensation cases. She assists employers, including self-insured employers, insurance carriers and third-party administrators, with post-accident investigations and trial work, from depositions through decisions. Ms. Hudock also counsels clients on risk management strategies. | ||
Principal Matthew Johnson concentrates his practice on construction and product liability law. He regularly defends general contractors, prime contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, equipment suppliers, and property owners in complex construction-related matters involving personal injury and property damage claims. Additionally, Mr. Johnson represents manufacturers and distributors in product liability matters involving a wide-range of products. | ||
As a Principal in the Firm’s Insurance Law Department, Ms. Radocha counsels insurance claims professionals, managers, agents, brokers, third-party administrators, and in-house counsel on all aspects and stages of the claims and the related insurance coverage process, from the first notice through resolution. She litigates complex insurance coverage and bad faith matters, whether as counsel on behalf of her insurer clients, or when pursuing declaratory judgment actions regarding coverage disputes. | ||
