Post & Schell Elects Three New Principals in Harrisburg, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh Offices

Post & Schell, P.C. is pleased to announce that three of the Firm’s Associates have been elected as Principals, effective June 3, 2014. Lindsay B. Andreuzzi is now a Principal in the Firm’s Insurance Law Department resident in its Philadelphia Office; Jason G. Benion is now a Principal in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group resident in its Harrisburg Office; and Hendrick I. Penn IV is now a Principal in the Firm’s Workers’ Compensation Department resident in its Pittsburgh Office.

As a Principal in Post & Schell’s Insurance Law Department, Andreuzzi, who has been with the Firm since 2009, focuses her litigation practice on advising and defending personal, commercial and surplus lines insurers in complex insurance coverage matters and allegations of bad faith claims handling. She has an extensive background in bad faith law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, having collaborated to help draft the 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th editions of Insurance Bad Faith in Pennsylvania, as well as the initial edition of Insurance Bad Faith in New Jersey in 2012, both published by ALM.



Benion has been with Post & Schell since 2009. As a Principal in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group, Benion’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including constitutional and civil rights claims, commercial and contract disputes, appellate matters, professional licensure law, government contracting and procurement, insurance coverage, health care law, and employment litigation. He also frequently advises clients on the impact of federal and state legislation and regulations. Benion has considerable experience representing clients in the death care industry, including funeral homes, cemeteries, crematories, merchandise companies, preneed sellers, and memorialization professionals.


Penn, who joined Post & Schell in 2006, has dedicated his practice to defending employers, third party administrators, insurance carriers and self-insured employers in Workers’ Compensation matters. Mr. Penn regularly represents clients across a wide spectrum of industries, including trucking, construction, hospitality, retail and others. He has extensive experience arguing cases before Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Judges and the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board. He also argues cases before the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. He presently serves as treasurer of the Allegheny County Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Section. Mr. Penn endeavors to provide not only the highest quality legal representation to his clients, but also to do so in the most cost and time effective manner.
