Post & Schell Principal Lillian S. Harris Appointed to Law360 Energy Editorial Advisory Board
PHILADELPHIA, PA – March 9, 2016 – Law360 recently announced the formation of its 2016 Energy 14-member editorial advisory board, including Post & Schell, P.C. Energy & Utilities Principal Lillian S. Harris. As a member of the editorial advisory board, Ms. Harris will provide feedback and insight on Law360's energy coverage and how to best to shape future industry coverage.
Ms. Harris is a Principal in the Firm’s Energy & Utilities and Marcellus Shale Practice Groups. She represents energy companies, utilities and other entities before the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PA PUC), the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and appellate courts in an array of regulatory proceedings, including mergers and acquisitions, complex rate, and state and federal compliance matters. Prior to joining Post & Schell, she served as Director, Legislative Affairs with UGI Utilities, Inc., and Counsel with the PA PUC.
