Bisignani presented at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's (PBI) 20th Annual Bankruptcy Institute at the PBI Conference Center in Mechanicsburg, PA. Mr. Bisignani presented, "Top Commercial Bankruptcy Cases of the Year."
