Stephanie D'Abarno to Serve on Panel Discussion on Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation for Allegheny County Bar Association on March 14
On March 14, 2022, Stephanie C. D'Abarno will serve on the CLE panel discussion webinar, "Workers’ Compensation Basics for the Non-Practicing Attorney," for the Allegheny County Bar Association (ACBA). Offering 1 hour of substantive CLE credit, the webinar will start live at 12:00 pm ET.
Along with the panelists, Ms. D'Abarno will provide an overview of the basics of workers' compensation for attorneys who do not typically handle workers’ compensation matters. The panelists will provide their perspective as a claimant’s attorney and as a defense attorney on various topics from the initial stages of a claim, and throughout the litigation process, including the settlement process.
