On October 5, 2017, Workers' Compensation Principal Stephen S. Bloomburg served as faculty of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s (PBI) 33rd Annual Workers’ Compensation Fall Section Meeting in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
Along with the Hon. Cathleen A. Sabatino, the Hon. Michael E. Koll and Marla A. Joseph, Esq., Mr. Bloomburg and the panel provided commentary on Penalty Petitions and how to litigate Penalty Petitions from the views of both the Bench and the Bar.
