Ronald H. Levine, Chair of the Firm's Internal Investigations & White Collar Defense Group, authored a chapter for the American Health Lawyers Association's (AHLA) Health Care Compliance Legal Issues Manual (4th ed. 2014).
The AHLA's Manual provides a comprehensive overview of the legal issues that create the foundation for health care compliance programs, and affect every aspect of these programs. Mr. Levine's chapter is titled, “Compliance Implications of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002."
