Our health care litigators combine a deep knowledge of health care industry law with extensive litigation experience and trial acumen.  We represent clients in complex commercial disputes, such as class action hospital pricing litigation, physician antitrust litigation, joint venture disputes, and sophisticated white collar defense.  We have a robust health care administrative, medical staff, and licensure litigation practice.  We regularly collaborate and share experience with our colleagues who provide professional liability defense, employment discrimination, wage and hour, and workers compensation defense to our health care clients.
