We know how federal and state agencies regulate the health care industry, with many of our attorneys previously serving in leadership positions within a number of government agencies including the Governor’s Office of General Counsel, the Office of the Attorney General, the Department of Aging, Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs, Department of Human Services, Department of Insurance, Department of State, and the US Department of Justice.
