Overview
Our Toxic Tort Litigation Practice is comprised of a group of experienced litigators that serve as National Coordinating Counsel and/or Regional “Local” Counsel for a wide range of clients in toxic tort matters through all phases of litigation and appellate claims. We also have extensive experience using alternative dispute resolution methods in these cases, such as mediation and arbitration. Our attorneys represent all types of clients including employers, property owners, suppliers, small and medium-sized businesses, health care facilities, and self-insured entities.
Post & Schell attorneys have successfully litigated thousands of matters involving complex mass/toxic torts across the United States. Our litigators regularly serve as lead defense counsel in these multi-party cases and also serve on steering committees for asbestos litigation in multiple jurisdictions.
