Amy Matthias joined Post & Schell as the Director of Marketing in 2025. She leads strategic initiatives to enhance the firm's visibility, reputation, and client engagement. Her role involves developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and business development strategies that align with the firm's goals and values. Additionally, Amy oversees the development and administration of client events, digital marketing, brand management, CRM software, and market analysis to identify new growth opportunities. Based in the firm's Philadelphia and Lancaster offices, she supports lawyers across all nine of the firm's offices.
Before joining Post & Schell, Amy worked as a Marketing Manager at a full-service law firm based in Reading, PA. She has over two decades of experience in the legal marketing industry.
Amy earned an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Alvernia University, specializing in Marketing and Communications as well as Business Administration and Management.
