Bio
Alice Wade is an Associate in the firm's Energy & Utilities Practice Group. She counsels energy companies and public utilities in regulatory and transactional matters. Her clients include companies and public utilities in the electric, natural gas, oil and liquids pipeline, renewable/alternative energy, and water/wastewater industries.
Prior to joining Post & Schell, Ms. Wade was a Captain in the United States Army. She served as a Judge Advocate at Fort Carson, CO, Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), TX, and deployed to Afghanistan. Working in a number of assignments, Ms. Wade advocated for crime victims as a Special Victims Counsel, for Soldiers accused of crimes as a Trial Defense Counsel, and advised commands as a Military Justice Advisor.
