Francis P. Fitzsimmons

Francis P. Fitzsimmons is a Principal in the Firm's Workers' Compensation Department. He has developed a special interest in occupational disease, hearing loss, and wage calculation cases. He handles all aspects of the workers’ compensation practice, from trial work before the Workers’ Compensation Judges, to appellate work before the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board, Commonwealth Court and Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. In addition, Mr. Fitzsimmons speaks frequently to a broad array of groups regarding Pennsylvania workers’ compensation defense practices and represents a wide spectrum of clients including insurance companies, third-party administrators, and self-insureds. He has been with the Firm since 1990.
