Bio
Matthew Mantell is an Associate in the firm's Professional Liability Department and Medical Malpractice Defense Practice Group. He counsels and defends healthcare providers, including hospitals, health systems, physicians, physician assistants, and nurses, in matters involving alleged medical malpractice and professional liability. This includes matters involving complex fact patterns, catastrophic injuries, and significant financial exposure.
Prior to joining Post & Schell, Mr. Mantell was an Associate with a Philadelphia-based civil litigation firm. He also served as a Clerk to the Honorable Sherri L. Schweitzer, Superior Court of New Jersey, and to the Honorable Daniel J. Anders, Philadelphia Common Pleas Court.
Mr. Mantell is a cum laude graduate from Drexel University's Thomas R. Kline School of Law and graduated with honors from the University of Maryland with a B.A. in Government and Politics and History.
