Bio
Megan E. Rulli is an Associate in the firm's Energy & Utilities Practice Group and counsels energy companies and public utilities in regulatory and transactional matters. Her clients include companies and public utilities in the electric, natural gas, oil and liquids pipeline, renewable/alternative energy, and water/wastewater industries.
Prior to joining Post & Schell, Ms. Rulli was a Judicial Intern with the Honorable Yvette Kane of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and a legal intern with the Pennsylvania Environmental Hearing Board. She also served as a legal intern for the PA PUC’s Bureau of Investigation & Enforcement, PennFuture, and the Honorable Richard Lewis of the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas.
Ms. Rulli graduated summa cum laude from Penn State Dickinson Law, where she served as Executive Comments Editor of the Dickinson Law Review, and graduated summa cum laude from Mercyhurst University with dual bachelor’s degrees in History and Religious Studies.
