Bio
Shila Bayor is an Associate in the firm's Casualty Litigation Department. She counsels and defends clients in matters involving complex construction accidents and injuries, workplace and industrial accidents, and product liability. Her clients include self-insured commercial and residential construction companies, contractors and subcontractors, industrial manufacturing companies, insurers, and third-party administrators.
Prior to joining Post & Schell, Ms. Bayor was a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Royce Morris of the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas. She is a graduate of Penn State Dickinson Law and holds her B.A. in Sociology with a concentration in Africana Studies from Bard College. In 2019 and 2020, Ms. Bayor served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for CASA-NYC.
