Bio
Stephen A. Schell, Jr., is Post & Schell, P.C.'s Chief Operating Officer, a position he has held since 2000. As the Firm's COO, Mr. Schell is responsible for the management of the business and administrative functions of the Firm. His responsibilities include providing direction to the financial, information technology, human resources, and office services functions of the Firm. Mr. Schell reports directly to the Firm's President and Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors and collaborates with them on strategic planning and Firm direction. He also serves as an ex-officio member of the Firm's Principals' Compensation Committee.
Prior to his role as COO, Mr. Schell served as the Firm's Director of Administration for seven years, and Controller for 10 years. He graduated in 1982 from St. Joseph's University with a B.S. in Accounting and is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA).
