Barbara Rowland Named to Health Care Editorial Advisory Board of Law360
Principal Barbara Rowland has been named to the Health Care Editorial Advisory Board of Law360, an online source for up-to-the-minute coverage of litigation, policy developments, and corporate deals across multiple industries and practice areas.
The purpose of the Editorial Advisory Board is to garner feedback on Law360's health care coverage and to gain insight from practitioners on how best to shape future coverage.
Ms. Rowland is Washington, D.C. Office Chair of the Firm's Internal Investigations & White Collar Defense Practice Group and a member of the Firm's Health Care and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups. Her practice focuses on representing corporations and individuals from a variety of industries, including health care providers, pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers and distributors, retail pharmacies, pharmacy benefit managers, and other government contractors.
She conducts internal investigations, counsels clients subject to government investigation, represents executives, managers, and employees in such investigations, and defends clients in related litigation and at trial. Prior to joining Post & Schell, Ms. Rowland was Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for CVS Health and Assistant Counsel for Merck & Co., Inc.
