Joe Bongiovanni and Mariel Marsh Present Defense Perspective on PBI Webinar on June 18
On Thursday, June 18, 2020 Joseph N. Bongiovanni, IV and Mariel C.Marsh provided the defense perspective as faculty members on the PBI CLE webinar, "Raising the Stakes: Without Increasing The Costs!"
The faculty presented both sides in handling cases involving catastrophic injuries and significant financial demands, including medical malpractice, premises liability, and products liability. They also reviewed the dos and don’ts in handling a case at the pleadings, discovery, settlement negotiations, letter-writing, pre-trial, and trial stages.
